This was my first experience with On-Time Pool Service. Besides being on-time, the technician was professional and methodically went through my pump system. Luckily, he found simple things that caused the problem. He also fixed an issue with the spa and repaired 2 leaks at the skimmer. I was very pleased with the service call and will definitely contact On-Time for service in the future.
We were serviced today by an extremely knowledgeable technician who diagnosed our salt cell problem however took the time to fully explain the overall operation and things to watch for. Essentially provided a tutorial on salt cell management which was extremely helpful. Great service and will use them again for sure.
Very knowledgeable technician educated us and determined we needed another device to enable use of AP. Waiting on call to move forward with remote operation. Heater issue was fixed. Thank you
Great service, honesty, and punctuality
Justin was amazing. He went above and beyond. We needed to set up our home network on 2.4 ghz to accommodate the Pentair Intellicenter controller he installed and he not only did it for us but got some of our other devices working on it.
