Had them come out to fix three different equipment problems. They spent over an hour and then left. Resolved NONE of them. Recommend no solutions. Did mutter about “not liking” the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. We called ONTIME after our pool became infested with black algae. They responded immediately and after a few days the pool looks great. So much so that we have them care for it now weekly and couldn't be happier.
