Willam and joseph done a amazing job unblocking my drains Very professional A++++ Daniel looked after us on the price
Talked us into a new Rheem water heater. Fine. Now recurring pilot light failures. Not end of the world but annoying (and cold). But now contacted first thing Friday (the second time this week) and unable to come till Monday. Not very helpful. A pretty poor response.
plumber came out was friendly, however cant say the same for office staff, calls always received on private number so never able to call back, also claimed no response was received when in fact an email was sent to them and a reply was even sent back to, mind you they claimed it may have been sent to a do not reply but a custom reply was sent.
Be careful Dodge guys What they said and what they did are never even near and they would make up all kinds of stories Felt sorry for them
These people charge heavily ,looking for a chance to rip you off , even the front desk which picks up phone need to learn manners ---- DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. They have cahrged me 1500 ,for a job latter I learned is 550$ in market
