My prescription was sent April the 10th on a Monday, the lady I contacted at the pharmacy was extremely rude! Would not give me a definitive time as to when the prescription would be ready, only telling me in about a week. She lied about the business hours . Here it is a thursday ;no medication or a definitive time as to when the medication will be ready and no corporate office to complain to about the substandard customer service! This is ridiculous! It doesn't take this much time for a pharmacy to fill a prescription !
I wanted to give this place a try because it was so close to my house but never again! The lady who answer the phone gave me wierd and uncomfortable vibes not only could I hear the tv and noise in the background she was being pushy trying to overcharging me on a prescription when I simply was only asking about pickup time, I Immediately cancel and went where I know and btw I was charged the appropriate amount
Terrible. Just terrible. Close the whole place down. Don't trust this pharmacy.
