Don't waste your time with this business! They are anything but ON TIME. Communication 0/5 stars. Several times we were made promises that he would be out to service our AC that mind you, HE incorrectly hooked up, we went several days in a row taking work off and staying home for him to never show up. He wouldn't communicate that he was "too busy" or wasn't coming at all until we hounded him to give us an update and just keep us in the loop.
