Terrance was terrific and so efficient and quick. Was in and out and explained all the services so well.
I hired On Time Home Experts for air‑duct cleaning, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They sent an independent contractor who showed no professionalism or remorse for the issues he caused. The work felt rushed, corners were cut, and any concerns I raised were brushed off. For a company that advertises reliability, this was the opposite. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
My carpet was very dirty but is cleaning very nice next time I will like to send back Jose to clean he did a great job
Our technician, Terrance, was very knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service. His estimate of how long it would take was spot on. Last but not least, carpet looks great and glad we went with the full shampoo and deodorizer. I highly recommend you work with this team and you will be lucky to have Terrance service your carpets.
