I cannot say enough good things about Terrance. From the moment he walked through the door, he showed an incredible level of empathy and professionalism. Terrance was terrific and so efficient and quick. Was in and out and explained all the services so well.
I hired On Time Home Experts for air‑duct cleaning, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They sent an independent contractor who showed no professionalism or remorse for the issues he caused. The work felt rushed, corners were cut, and any concerns I raised were brushed off. For a company that advertises reliability, this was the opposite. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
My carpet was very dirty but is cleaning very nice next time I will like to send back Jose to clean he did a great job
