UPDATE (12/6/25) – While the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning the carpet, the overall experience was disappointing. The service I was originally quoted somehow doubled in price after the technician recommended an additional shampoo treatment, leaving me paying far more than I had anticipated. I was also told the carpet would take approximately 4–6 hours to dry; however, it actually took a day and a half. I want to leave a review for Terrance.He called me to let me know he was on his way and was very nice .I told him he had to go up a few floors to reach my unit and he was very understanding he didn’t get annoyed when my instructions were not clear and led him to the wrong building.He did great work and I’m very content with my clean carpet.It looks and smells clean.I would definitely recommend!
Terrance did an incredible job cleaning our carpet. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The difference in our carpet was amazing, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Highly recommend requesting Terrance, he truly cares about his work and it shows!
