Jae is professional above everything else. He clearly prioritizes quality work and customer satisfaction. I had an emergency problem that required immediate attention and he came after a full day of work and much later than his business had closed for the night. He was clear in his explanation of his repairs and walked me through everything. Expert work, very friendly. Will be using his services again in the future for sure. Would highly recommend.
