Get directionsHVAC unit installed in May of 2024. I have had numerous issues with this unit and incompetent techs. Every time they come out something else is discovered to be faulty. This weekend the tech came out for a general check and wanted to charge me to fix something that should not be broken under 2 years. Because we declined, he left without turning unit back on or even having us sign service sheet. This company is the absolute worst.
Andy Borja did our summer a/c tune up. He was on time and very courteous while he was at our house. He explained everything he did to check and clean our a/c unit....inside and outside. He took his time and was not in a hurry to get on to the next assignment. He cleaned up once he was done and did not leave a mess. He also took out the a/c motor wheel and cleaned it. Other technicians should have done this in years past but he was the first to bring this to my attention. Outstanding technician and service.
Andy was terrific! Very nice with great manners!
