This service was amazing! My car battery died at 7:30pm and I gave them a call. They were at my house before 8pm and were sooo friendly!! I am glad I called them and glad to have a new battery!
We were driving my 1932 Buick home from a restaurant and came to a stoplight and the owner ( I think Joe , Sorry) stopped to let us know the radiator was leaking and steam was coming out. I had no idea because the never did that? Well we went to an Auto Parts Store and bought some antifreeze and he so graciously poured it in the radiator. Joe checked and replaced my dead battery in about 10 minutes. He answered his phone at 6pm on a Friday night and arrived at my home to do the swap at 8am Saturday morning. He asked all the right questions to ensure he had a replacement battery in his truck. He called and texted ahead of arrival and then walked me through checking all electrical systems post battery exchange. He even taught me to use the hidden key in the fob to override the security lock mode on the Outback. Master of his trade.
