Without a doubt the worst electrician experience I ever had (the electrician in question is named Kristopher Farr). He was explicitly instructed NOT to touch the neighbor's electrical panel (in a shared appliance space) and yet touched it repeatedly without permission from myself or the neighbors. He incorrectly concluded that we had a "mixed panel," which is absolutely not true, and even a novice electrician should have known.
