Update: the company reached out to make things right. Added a star for customer support! The communication and initial site visit went very well. This is only a four-year-old house, garage, and second garage that needed a move-in cleaning. We needed On Time Cleaning to knock out everything before we returned. Rose and her team are AMAZING! I desperately needed help with a deep clean of an apartment that I was already drowning in, and with out-of-town guests coming. The amount of cleaning and clutter to address was truly overwhelming. This company is awesome! They do general cleaning every 4 weeks and they are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They have also performed 2 deep cleanings for us and absolutely exceeded all my expectations. My house has never been so clean. I highly recommend!
