wow I honestly cant believe how clean my house is right now this was exactly what I needed after putting it off for months. they got to every corner and even scrubbed stuff I forgot existed.
We used On Time Cleaning for our new house move in cleaning. The communication with Rose was excellent and setting up a time was easy. The initial cleaning was not quite perfect due to Rose being out of town. Once we discussed the deficiencies, they came back out and did a great job.
Update: the company reached out to make things right. Added a star for customer support! The communication and initial site visit went very well. This is only a four-year-old house, garage, and second garage that needed a move-in cleaning. We needed On Time Cleaning to knock out everything before we returned. We just arrived back to our new home yesterday…We’ve been working all day cleaning up a lot of the things that they missed - The items that they did get was great, but right next to that was (see pics).
