Unfortunately not the best service from these guys. Ongoing issues with the doors. One instance where I was reaching out, the manager was extremely rude. Videos were sent of the issues I had, where they could have clearly identified what was wrong and needed to be done in order to fix it. Instead, not only were they 35 minutes after the allocated time, which was their choice of timing, the manager arrived, and was rude, proceeding to tell me I wasn’t locking the door correctly, threw multiple keys and proceeded to bang the d... read more
Kurt and the On Time team are fantastic, they go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and fantastic window furnishings that take your home to another level. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, clean and professional. Cant recommend this family business highly enough.
Exceptional service warrants a review & therefore Ontime Awnings very much deserve this review. The high degree of attention to detail shown, the courtesy given to us by all staff, the professionalism demonstrated by all their installers & their communication was faultless. Their pricing was very competitive. Our thanks to Kurt in particular but also to his Mum, brother & office staff for all the advice & guidance, making the experience so seemless. All stages of the measure, quote then installation of 5 roller blinds were efficient and pleasant. Ros discussed our needs over the phone, Kurt measured and took us through the sample books, offering suggestions for fabric and hardware to suit the house and our needs, delivery was quicker than expected then Jason installed in a friendly, professional visit. We are looking forward to working with On Time again for the next stage of our house refresh.
