Today, we are proud to be celebrating 25 years of service to the tri-state area. Driving on burnt Mills road and driver was tailgating me. No one on the road, no ambulance lights; so I pulled over so he/she could pass. Drives off going 60 in a 25 and was driving reckless without regard for the safety of others on the road. It's poor weather and DOT guidelines specify safer driving practices; obviously this company does not. The time was 4am and seriously uncalled for; the driver's etiquette!

Dispatcher lieing about arrival time of driver, saying he would be there within 10 minutes. Driver was half hour late and said he had the wrong address. My family missed our flight. Luggage with my daughters medical equipment went on flight. Now my family is broken up into two different flights with an an hour an half between them. Company name is On Time Tranportation, should be called Late Time Transportation. Thank you for screwing up my families Easter vacation. You guys get two thumbs down.🤬
Although we were in the midst of a major snowstorm, On-Time Transport arrived right on time (no pun intended)! Joe was courteous, professional and 100% safety-minded. We will definitely be using On-Time Transport again in the near future! Thanks to Ebony for helping get everything set up and to Joe for carrying out all the service needed in such inclement weather.
Transport arrived promptly for dentist appointment. Driver was very helpful in getting my uncle's wheelchair into the office. Reminded me that he had a hat or he would have left without it.
