Communication is key in this industry. On time did better than almost any shop I've ever worked with. It was wonderful how well they communicated and how easy it was to schedule things. I signed up for their maintenance plan, and rather than just "taking the money," they've been very responsive in terms of scheduling appointments and very thorough in doing the work. I feel confident than this work will make this summer more tolerable and extend the life of my unit!

Did NOT fix the problem and charged more than an entire new system. Over $11,000!!!! Brian is a liar and a cheat. We called the day after they “Fix” everything to report that the house was at 58 degrees, In November. Man I could go on and on, but this guy is completely full of it. We even tried to make an agreement that he would give some of the money back or try something and he just refused.
