Recently moved into a new home and dryer was not working correctly. Dryer vent to outside of house was clogged. Called On time Air and they came out the same day. Lee was wonderful and took his time to find the problem and clean out the vent which was severely clogged up.
On Time Air is very responsive and professional in the interactions. They are concerned with not only fixing the problem but doing it in the most economical way for the customer. Will be using them for all our needs.our tech Zach Snyder was very helpful and showed concern in discussing our best options. Very pleased either way Zac.
Professional and helpful. I'm not sure what other companies pricing is, but I'm guessing it's comparable. I signed up for their maintenance package, so hopefully that will help us not have so many issues with the unit, but there's a lot the people that installed did wrong, which is extremely frustrating. Zach was great for the maintenance checkup
After moving into a new house, we noticed the vents needed to be cleaned. John did a very thorough diagnostic and the estimate came with line items that had descriptions and fees. We went with duct cleaning of the return vents only and John was very friendly and did a great job. Thanks! AnneW
