Had my bikes second annual service done last week. They're not a Suzuki franchised dealer anymore so I was a bit concerned about the warranty, but they used genuine Suzuki parts so there will be no issues. Mark called to say bike was ready, and was surprised at the price in a very good way; a lot less than Suzuki prices for the same service!! Whilst there, I had a wander round the showroom and they've got some very good bikes there at reasonable prices, so I will be having a good look nearer the time. A great place.
Iv brought two bikes now from on the wheels. Duncan has been very professional each time. So if your looking for the perfect bike this place it the place to be. Highly recommend them.
Arranged to be there at 9am for 500mile first service.Despite having discussed on booking that I live 20 miles away so would have to wait and despite being assured they would service my bike at 9am and it would take 2 hours they let me down and I had 4 hours to wait.Poor organisation and weak management combined with indifference means its best avoided for me.On the Wheels is a large new and secondhand dealer aimed at selling bikes so in future I will use small motorbike garages who focus on servicing and will save money and... read more
