We had an excellent experience with On the Way Up from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, and they were professional and prompt, addressing all our questions. We're absolutely thrilled with the new stairs and the high-quality workmanship. The technician who attended was professional, tidy, and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Came to measure up stairs 3+ months ago, then never heard from them again. Got tired chasing them. If you don't want stairs these guys are perfect. 1 star too many. Unprofessional & they don't want your business so go somewhere else.
Love love the new balustrade. Bopha built an amazing balustrade. It surpassed my own imagination and expectations. Not only has it made my stairs safer but the modern look has made such a big difference to the over all look of my loungeroom . Bopha was very experienced professional, punchable , polite and respectful. The before and after photos. Not sure if my photos do it justice.
