We love our dock! Brandon and Matt are always great to deal with! Best dock out there!
In December 2025 I chose On the Water Designs for Pole Dock Kits because of the reasonable cost of the product. Understanding that I would be unable to access my cottage until April 2026 Matt LaCroix was very willing to hold my purchase until then. When I finally picked up my order Matt gave me a friendly welcome to the showroom. His associates in the Production and Shipping departments took a very professional approach in loading the product to ensure safe travel for me and the product. Called this business because they were close but also I liked their website which gave you prices on their different docks and sizes. Gave us an insight of how much this would cost. Bruce and Matt were very nice to deal with. They made the whole experience very pleasant. They really know about docks. They got us our dock fast as i had asked. I would highly recommend this business.
