I'm so glad I called On the Spot Window. Our dog got a little overly excited and broke the window with his big paws. Even though they had a large project, they managed to come to my home that same day to make sure the area was safe and got us a replacement window in a timely fashion. Would definitely use again!
It is so refreshing to find someone that is capable, responsive and economical. Luke has over 15 years of experience with Pella and other high end windows. We did not want to go the replacement route and Luke was able to order the parts and get all of our windows in new like working condition. I highly recommend this business. Wonderful job.
Had a nice phone conversation with Luke about window repairs and he asked me to send photos, which I did. Never heard anything back. Why not just reply and say you don’t have time or any of a million other excuses? That would’ve been fine and I wouldn’t have waited two weeks for a response.
I am extremely pleased with my recent window replacement. Luke and his team were professional, on time, and did a flawless job. They left everything clean and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Luke responded to my voicemail a half hour after I left it for an emergency window pane replacement. I called every glass repair/window guy that services Boulder County. Some people never responded. He was out the next day first thing and his estimate was the lowest and fastest installment I found. Super down to earth and quick service, the only I will recommend others in similar situations.
