Ticket put in over a week ago and they still have not marked the utilities in the job site. Unacceptable to delay this long when utilities are expected to be marked within 48-72 hours.

Who is the guy leisurely riding around Louisville with the work truck caution lights on. holding up traffick because people think there is roadwork and he thinks its going to get him through traffic faster. No wonder nobody is getting any service. They have this genius joy riding in the work vehicle.
This company is putting 100s of workers at increased risk of serious injury or death by not marking the utility located in a timely manner. They are weeks behind the other locating companies creating a very dangerous situation. It’s every locate that is called in.
