I called Kevin when our furnace went out a few days before Christmas. He got back to me within an hour or so and walked me through some troubleshooting tips. He never had to actually show up and charged me nothing. When I asked if I could tip him over Venmo or something he politely declined. I wish all businesses were so helpful and kind. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend this business!
Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, Responds quickly to texts and calls. Kevin takes the time to help me learn more about my campervan every time he comes out. He explains what he is doing to provide basic maintenance or to repair a feature.
We just bought our RV the weekend before, on a Friday afternoon we were ready to go but the house batteries were completely dead and plugging the camper in for a while did nothing. Anything we tried wasn’t working and not being familiar with the new camper we weren’t sure where to turn. Kevin went above and beyond, figured out the issue quickly and 20 minutes later we were on our way! Kevin was super nice, explained what he was asking and why and made me feel super at ease. Easily the best RV help I’ve ever had!
Great person to deal with. Fast efficient and reasonable. Came to RV park on time and fixed the problem!
