I have used Robert and his crew on two different mold remediation projects over the past 2 years and can sincerely say that I was thoroughly pleased with their work. They did a great job of following the third party mold assessment company's protocol and did clean, conscientious work in tackling my mold issues. I vetted three contractors, and selected two contractors to give me bids. The absolute best - contacted three companies and On the Spot Restoration was much lower in price. Robert couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. They got the job done immediately and passed inspection first time that unit was tested. Thank you Robert- everything worked out perfect. i
