Robert on the Spot did mold remediation work in our condo unit. Our property Building Manager hired him, and he did work in our unit along with the condo unit above us which had been the original source of water leaks and subsequent mold. Although thankfully the mold removal in our condo was minimal, Robert used air cleaners and performed additional cleaning of the unit’s rugs, furniture, AC ducts, and vents. On the Spot Restoration deserves 5+stars!! My senior parents had a substantial amount of water damage and mold that affected their unit. Robert and his team conducted 2 thorough inspections to ensure all the mold was removed and the contents effected were disposed of. Robert provided progress photos and detailed reports along the way. I can not thank him enough for his professionalism and support! My parents are now safe and out of harms way! Robert, you were a blessing in this unfortunate event! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
