My home was flooded after Hurricane Milton. We had been scammed and treated poorly after Ian, so I didn’t know where to go. I chose On The Spot because they were local. And I was extremely impressed with everything Robert and his crew did. He communicated very well and answered all my questions. They worked very fast and so hard to do an amazing job. Rob and Stewart were very professional and daily check-ins were conducted to ensure the equipment was functioning properly and the level readings relative to moisture in my home was decreasing. Rob also provided contacts for other professional services, to ensure that I implemented the necessary steps to get my home back up to par. Robert came over and checked our dining room where we had suspected water damage. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, and how his team would tackle it. He emailed us a quote that night that I found to be very reasonable. A few days later 2 guys from his team came out at 10am and had our dining room demoed, cleaned, and hepa filters and commercial dehumidifiers running by 1pm. They were both friendly and respectful.
