Alex is great.
I got a bad feeling about this outfit right from the beginning. They doubled the price after I made a deposit and then when I cancelled the work, they wanted to charge me 20%. Something I never agreed to. I ended up putting stop payment on my deposit check. First time I've done that. Untrustworthy.
We bought a gas dryer from Home Depot, we could not get it installed. I called On The Spot, spoke with Mya and she sent out Alex within the hour. He and his partner were great. They explained everything to us about the gas hook up and saved us a ton of money. They did a perfect hook up. I am going to use them again.
Guy had attitude not aggressive but more like don’t speak to me I ll speak to you type of thing. Anyway spend 5 min for $150 and never have me a quote which was requested.
