I was left speechless after my appointment. This business was referred to me and I was in need of a good clean for sure. Now when I called to make the appointment I failed to ask for a price range, however, this is not my first detailing and I was prepared to pay at least $120. In the process of making this appointment, we had to reschedule three different times and when the date was confirmed I offered to drive 30 minutes closer to this establishment to make it more convenient for her. My girlfriend got her car detailed and I didnt even notice. After rescheduling 3 times we paid $200 plus a tip that wasnt deserved for a full detail expecting a real deep clean, but it looked like all they did was vacuum and call it a day. The unprofessionalism and disrespect that I received caused me to lose interest and look into additional companies for a detailed cleaning. I was given an appointment time and it wasn’t honored. The company reached out in efforts to reschedule, but the time didn’t work for me. When I communicated this, the worker became agitated and hung up on me!!! Would not recommend!!!
