Denise was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I called on a Thursday and she saw me on that Saturday. I had hurt my neck/shoulder/arm in a fall in October and had been hurting a lot since then. Had tried all the typical things--heat, ice, lidocaine patches, topical steroidal and other massages. After I explained to her where I was hurting and what I could and couldn't do she understood and went to work on my injury. Afterwards I was able to move my arm/shoulder and neck without pain.
