I've walked into this place with lower back pain and came out completely pain free! I've walked in crooked: hips to one side and shoulders leaning in the opposite direction, and walked out centered and balanced. Words can not describe how thankful I am! Just to be able to lay down on your belly using her special pregnancy pillow is super relaxing in and of itself. Don't be shy to ask for less pressure if it hurts too much. But pressing in hard is what releases those knots and pains. Good luck!
