Brought them two different watches that were working..they just needed crystals..and I was returned two watches that no longer run with no explanation why that was so, just a simple shrug and apology from the sales associate. If you can find someone in the booth when you attempt to conduct business with this place I suggest you save your money and spare your watch from the "repair" shop. Will not return to a business that false advertises on the services they provide nor put up with customer service that will push you aside ... read more

Went to get a clasp changed on a 14 k chain.he put a 10k clasp on it and kept my old clasp and charged 50 dollars.will never go back.what a rip off
