I came here three times because the chain of necklace broke each time I played with my dog. The chain is extremely thin, but it is my favorite necklace. They do an extremely great job in fixing my necklace, and are very accommodating! It's also affordable, I highly recommend coming here because of their great customer service. I'll definitely come here again if I need any fixings to my other jewelry.
