This is the second time we have used on the spot to install our floors. Linda is great and so easy to work with, and the crews are professional and very polite. I love my floors and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price.
We were extremely impressed with the quality and service provided by On The Spot. They were professional and friendly, and our new flooring looks amazing. We had a schedule issue which was entirely our fault, and they worked with us anyways to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend for thier attention to detail, excellent customer service, professional installation.
They did such a fantastic job and made the whole process easy for me (I had been dreading the hassle of getting it done). It looks so great and that new carpet smell it almost feels like a new house (at least on that floor). Super happy with how it turned out. Thank you!
