Great job -professional, on time, and detailed!
We are located in Newnan Ga and have used numerous carpet cleaning companies in the past. I have never seen a company go the extra mile like On the Spot. You could tell the technician new exactly what he was doing and had higher grade equipment and expertise than anyone I have used in the past. Everything from the customer service to quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.
We needed someone to clean carpets on somewhat short notice. I came across On The Spot via a Google search, visited thier site, and sent them an email Sunday evening asking for a quote. The next morning I got an email response, I called them, talked through what I needed, number of rooms, etc with Chris, the owner, and he gave me a quote. We made an appt for two days later, and he showed up exactly on time. He cleaned the entire upstairs rooms and another room I added after the fact.
