I stopped to inquire about fluid changes for my Toyota’s. Reading to much into the “change them way before they are due” hype, he said dont waste your money. He said he owns Toyota’s so theres that. Will be taking both Toyotas there for oil changes from now on as he said they do an inspection along with it. Much respect for this type of shop, hard to find. Thanks Alex for the honesty, much appreciated!
Nothing but great things to say! Who doesn't love a business that is transparent with their work, how long service may take and reasonable prices? Very convenient location in Sun Prairie as well. I would recommend On The Spot Auto to anyone in need of knowledgeable and dependable auto service in the area.
I brought my car and my wife car to this place many times. I gave him $3,000+ in service in less than 2 years. I asked him to order a $15 part for my car, he said he would buy and install it for $20. I wasn't in the knowing of how this part actually worked on my car, I made a comment it didn't look right.
