We have an intoxaloc device in our car. We were using on the On The Spot detailing as our service center. We have issues with the device itself, and have for a while. Every time we have a lockout that needs cleared we were being charged $75 by Intoxalock as well as $75 on top of that from On The Spot to clear the lockout from the device. I have spoken with an Intoxalock supervisor who confirmed service centers should only be charging the amount they charge for calibration. Benchmark Audio will clear the lockout for $27. We got my daughter's Subaru detailed here today. We called and Kevin got us right in on the same day and he stayed late to accommodate us. They did a great job getting rid of seat stains, etc. It looks like new - great customer service. Highly recommended. Kevin has a great personality.
