Im in Faibault mn, My dryer took for ever to dry clothes. The tech new exactly what was wrong. Did great work. Will be calling for any other appliance trouble.
Orin did a wonderful job fixing our dishwasher and was able to fit our repair into his busy schedule. He was even able to get the repair covered by warranty. Solid service and good communication. Would highly reccomend!
Called Maytag about a warranty claim, they scheduled an appointment for me from 8-12 the following Tuesday, on spot appliance called me about a week later and said they would be there mid afternoon. I told them no and that I needed a morning appointment. So we scheduled 8-12 for next Tuesday. Well they call me today and asked if mid afternoon worked for me tomorrow… what a joke if I could give zero stars I would. Learn how to listen to your customers
