On the sand is the greatest rental management company I have ever worked with. They offered immediate assistance whenever needed and constant communication. From the start of our trip they got back to us during Saturday non-normal hours, they worked with us to fix payment method issues, they listened to our needs and they accommodated our inquiries and requests instantly. They are a premier absolutely superb rental company. I would seek out properties managed by them to rent in the future it was such a fantastic experience.
RecommendedLove Oceanside! Great beach and tons to do with our boys. North Coast is a bit older but you can not beat the location!
We have been coming to NCV since 2001 and have loved the family experience there. This was our last time in D-23 which is our favorite. Our first time with our grandchild. So it was bittersweet. The dredging pipe all along the beach should have been disclosed to us. It really effected pictures and access to the water. But Friday was removed so yay, one day. Thankfully no one wore masks on the beach but the HOA was not too happy when I didn’t have a mask to pick up my keys ‘no mask, no service’ in big letters on a sign. The c... read more
Positive: proximity to the beach (about a 2 minute walk). That’s about it for the positives. Negatives: Tons of noise from the pool, the unit (F110) is much closer to the pool than the photos suggest. The hours of operation were not enforced at the pool so going to bed at a reasonable hour (before 11pm) your options are shut the windows and close off all airflow or listen to screaming children. First time staying here super awesome, condo was exceptional. Booking for next year 7 nights instead of 4...... our stay was not long enough😊

great location love the gardens and everything felt like a vacation. Only issues are the parking and slow elevators. Would definitely stay again!
