After 3 calls talking to Jesse in person, the last stating that he would be here on Tuesday, Saturday came and went with no call, no show.if this his idea of service before showing up imagine his follow up.
Be careful using this service. I paid him to change out my electric awning which was over $2400. Jessie the owner is a really good talker and seems like such an honest business guy but don't fall for that phony. He gave me the price for replacing the awning which the work order included all the parts. It took him weeks to get the job completed and the truth is he never completed the job. After he got the awning changed out he then says the company forgot to ship him the inserts that go with the arms to the awning. I of cours... read more
We've had experiences with several of the Mobile RV repair companies in the area, and Jesse is the most professional, on-time, responsive and knowledgeable service provider we have met. He was honest with us. We appreciate his recommendations on how to save time and money. He will be our go-to-guy in the future.
Had I known he could not do the repairs without parts, which he did not have, and without additional time (at $80 an hour) to find the parts, I would not have hired him. Once he shows up, you are committed to two hours labor even if he can't do the work. I was trying to avoid leaving my RV at a repair shop and ended up throwing $160 out the window and doing the work myself. If you are stranded, maybe this guy is the way to go. But if you can take your RV to a reputable shop, you are better off, in my opinion.
Mr. Sees definitely knows his trade and is very efficient and kind. He was able respond to our needs (AC not working in 98 degree heat) very quickly. We will be recommending him to area RV parks in & near Azle. Millie & Donn Dougherty
This is what I mean by convenience! This company did a fantastic job from beginning to end! I will never pay dealership prices again. Half the price and definately way more personable to use a mobile service. Thanks for taking care of us.
