This company is great. They repaired a dent in my Rivian R1S that required repainting and they did an excellent job.
The garage did an exceptional job with my R1T, handling everything perfectly and keeping me updated at every step. Roy Villarreal II was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and going the extra mile when the insurance company was difficult. When the insurance was debating covering only a portion of the labor costs, Roy insisted on a three-way call, asserting that the dispute should be resolved between the garage and the insurance, with me, the customer, being kept out of it.
