On The Road Again RV Repair saved our vacation! The bearings went out on our RV and Michael not only fixed those but checked all the others and changed all the grease in the other three. He found our break cable was cut and came back the next day with all the parts to fix that too. Everyone was so helpful and professional and the charge was very reasonable. Thank you to everyone at On The Road Again!
Can't think this guy enough for keeping in touch with me and coming to fix my awning Came up on vacation on July 4th and my awning bolt fell out and I didn't feel comfortable fixing it myself. So after going back and forth I made the call. It's labor day weekend so I figured they would be busy and it might take a while to get back to me. NOT AT ALL. My husband and I were packing up to leave our camping trip in Traverse City State Park when our slide was stuck in the out position. When we couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem so I called the guys at On the Road Again. They were super friendly and at our campsite within a half an hour (not to mention we called them at 9pm)! They worked quickly and very efficiently. BEWARE! Owner & employee serviced my RV at a campsite (very friendly & courteous), early May 2024. Damaged the roof of my brand new Airstream. Deny they did it, even though I have date/time-stamped photos of before & after (his employee was the 1st to be on my roof since it came home from the dealer). Owner threatened me on the phone, went ballistic. He won't pay, he won't submit a claim to his insurance, I'd have to sue him; and if I do, his daughter's an attorney at the biggest firm up north and she'll tie it up for years,... read more
