I Made an appointment with Jody at On the Road Again motorcycle shop to replace the front and rear brakes on my 2013 Ultra Classic. She ordered the brake pads and they were in the next day. The following day was my 10:30 AM appointment to drop off the Ultra. At 1:00 PM Jody called indicating the bike was ready. Great service and saved me money that Harley would have charged me. When you drop off at Harley you never know when your bike will be ready. It's a crap shoot with Alligator Harley!

Hello my name is Paul I went to Florida on vacation last July, and was having issues with my hand grips getting hot and sticky. I stopped in on a Monday to see what they had or could do for me. Jody opened the books, showed me different types, then showed me hers, found a set that I liked and ordered them. That was on a Monday and by Tuesday with luck had them them in the shop. This is a little late but I can't Thank You's enough for helping me out last winter Mar with a drive belt problem I had juring a winter vacation trip to Ft Lauderdale. You were open on a Monday and your mech's found a drive belt for me and had me back up and on the road in 5 hrs. I enjoyed the rest of my holiday enjoying my bike. Thanks again and I have passed you info on to many of my friends.
