We are not mechanics or experienced with repairs of boat trailers. We showed up with old rusty parts (Hubs) and parts guy Mike was so helpful with our poor descriptions and no information because the mfr. numberplate was missing on our Load Rite trailer. Gave us the guidance and sussed out exactly parts and correctly sized for our needs. Had then IN STOCK! Expertise and patience. Drove 85 miles on a recommendation from another shop and was totally successful. Thx Mike!
Jim, Mike, Dustin and Jim Bob Jack helped us locate and outfit a beautiful 16’ Load Rite trailer with 14” tires and guide poles so we can transport our newly built boat from Brooklin to Fairhope, Alabama! They happily answered all my questions and worked with the manufacturer to ensure we had the right trailer for our boat and the distance we needed to travel. Great place - super helpful in helping me figure out what I needed and scheduling. Very nice team, friendly, and the work was super quick. They estimated 2h of labor and it only ended up being 1! Highly recommend!
