Great experience. Impressive fabricators. Had a moto trailer modified. They did a fantastic job. And very reasonably priced! Bravo.
Okay so first of all I never leave posts. On the road has been a place I've been going for 20 years plus. This is the third owner I have dealt with. First two not so good. Skeptical with this one obviously. Brought a previously purchase trailer to them to get repaired. it didn't get repaired properly so I brought it back. Second chance was the same as the first. I explained my situation to them after the second job failed. They spent almost a full day with their technician repairing it and put their own money out for repairs... read more
Mike is the man with a plan!!! He went out of his way to get my wife and I taken care of. As she said prior: his help to us was of no financial gain to them. After he had surmised that his shop was unable to take care of our problem, he made some calls and still got our dilemma handled, toot sweet! We will be going back to Over The Road to get any future issues resolved. Mike did us such a solid (when he didn't need to) that we have now become customers for life!!!
I wish I could give On The Road 10 stars. We were trying to find an adapter for the wiring to haul a trailer from another business. We called OTR and spoke with a kind gentleman named, Mike, who told us to come and and he would see what he could do. Our issue were too big to address in the time we had, so Mike called up Tractor Supply in the next town and said they could help us with a trailer.
