Mike is the man with a plan!!! He went out of his way to get my wife and I taken care of. As she said prior: his help to us was of no financial gain to them. After he had surmised that his shop was unable to take care of our problem, he made some calls and still got our dilemma handled, toot sweet! We will be going back to Over The Road to get any future issues resolved. Mike did us such a solid (when he didn't need to) that we have now become customers for life!!!
I wish I could give On The Road 10 stars. We were trying to find an adapter for the wiring to haul a trailer from another business. We called OTR and spoke with a kind gentleman named, Mike, who told us to come and and he would see what he could do. Our issue were too big to address in the time we had, so Mike called up Tractor Supply in the next town and said they could help us with a trailer. What an amazing team they have here. Knowledgeable staff, quick service…I got a trailer hitch for my jeep, I was in and out in 45 minutes AND it was cheaper than going to U-Haul to have it done. Wonderful local business! 100% pleased.
I was recently in the area visiting family and picking up a uhaul trailer. Unfortunately the day we was to leave, I realized the vehicle didn't have the hook up for the lights. And nothing was open on a sunday...well the next day the great folks at OTR understood I was in a bind and in a hurry.. with there amazing service, they were able to help me the with proper wiring aswell a Making sure I was properly ready for my towing needs.
