They have a unique bike fitting machine but that's about the only positive thing I can say. One of the guys that works here is so crabby and makes you feel like you’re bothering him simply by asking for what you’re paying for. Surprised they've stayed in business for so long
Can be a little intimidating on first blush as this isn’t your typical bike shop or purchasing process, but this is by far the most knowledgeable shop in town.
Very welcoming atmosphere and great service. I've been dealing with hip and lower back pain for over a year. I've got my bike fitted last week and now have hardly any pain at all. Riding my bike is comfortable again! Thanks so much Andrew and Rob!!
Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, services and products are complete, bought a pair of winter gloves and they are perfect for your hands.
