Went in with a wonky back wheel/tire as well as had some questions about my gears as they would shift on me while biking. Was made to feel pretty stupid by the mechanic, telling me the gear sensitivity was my fault and i needed to learn to use them better. Wouldn't ride it to see what I meant. Wouldn't even set it up on a rack to take a look. Additionally told me i would need to replace the tire eventually. Pretty odd experience.
