My daughter and i had a beautiful afternoon, First thought *smells great in here . The staff where lovely and the massage was very relaxing and the facial products felt and smelled great could not have asked for a better afternoon. Our technicians harumu and arpana was nothing but wonderful. Look forward to next time

Couples treatments were requested but not offered. Not sure there is a couples room as we were told it was too hard for them. Firstly, the 2 stars are for the prompt replies during email enquiry. We arrived 2 hours early to use the facilities (pool, spa etc.) We were each led to our respective changerooms and this is where my excited anticipation turned to underwhelming disappointment. My husband and I treated ourselves to a couple of days at the Sheraton and we included a 1 hour couples massage and high tea. It was his first time ever having a massage and he was a bit apprehensive, but Aupana & Jen made us both feel comfortable and at ease. The view in the room was beautiful, the girls were friendly, professional and the massage was heaven.
