Couples treatments were requested but not offered. Not sure there is a couples room as we were told it was too hard for them. Firstly, the 2 stars are for the prompt replies during email enquiry. We arrived 2 hours early to use the facilities (pool, spa etc.) We were each led to our respective changerooms and this is where my excited anticipation turned to underwhelming disappointment. My husband and I treated ourselves to a couple of days at the Sheraton and we included a 1 hour couples massage and high tea. It was his first time ever having a massage and he was a bit apprehensive, but Aupana & Jen made us both feel comfortable and at ease. The view in the room was beautiful, the girls were friendly, professional and the massage was heaven. Had a combined massage and facial, each lasting about an hour. Great experience. My facial therapist Arpana was very impressive and knowledgeable with the products. My facial definitely felt like it was customised to my skin needs and as a result walked out feeling like my skin immediately showed visible positive difference. One of the better facials I’ve had for a while.
