I just booked the Uplift & Revitalise package for a besties spa day during my first visit to On The Park Rejuvenation, and we are definitely going back! The facilities, including the steam room and sauna, are fantastic. The staff is incredibly polite, providing wonderful service from start to finish. Our massage therapists, Jen and Arparna, are highly skilled therapists who made the experience unforgettable, and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. This place is a real gem!

My daughter and i had a beautiful afternoon, First thought *smells great in here . The staff where lovely and the massage was very relaxing and the facial products felt and smelled great could not have asked for a better afternoon. Our technicians harumu and arpana was nothing but wonderful. Look forward to next time

Couples treatments were requested but not offered. Not sure there is a couples room as we were told it was too hard for them. Firstly, the 2 stars are for the prompt replies during email enquiry. We arrived 2 hours early to use the facilities (pool, spa etc.) We were each led to our respective changerooms and this is where my excited anticipation turned to underwhelming disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, I assumed the spa would be 5 star. 2-3 stars is more realistic. The change rooms included the sauna and steam room which ... read more
