The best PT and Pilates club I have ever joined!!
Ayane is an outstanding practitioner. She hones in on my physical needs and I walk out feeling like a new person. I walk taller and am able to use her observations and exercises to practice on my own. I have scoliosis and arthritis. Ayane has helped me gain symmetry and strength with proper form to work around my weak areas.
I've worked with Dr. Nicole and Dr. Ayane for separate issues, and they both were able to quickly identify my problems and provide immediate relief. They also show you very practical at home exercises you can continue on your own to strengthen weak areas and prevent further injury. I also love their pilates classes! Their instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and really care about proper form to avoid injuries.

An amazing experience with On The Move’s Physical Therapy! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ayane Mochizuki for my lower back pain. Dr. Ayane was able to relieve my lower back pain (she truly has miracle hands) and teach me helpful stretches to stabilize my core. I work in a commercial kitchen and instantly noticed how my body was more mobile during service the next day. Thank you, Dr. Ayane and On The Move!
