Dr. Mochizuki has helped me in so many ways I am eternally grateful
An amazing experience with On The Move’s Physical Therapy! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ayane Mochizuki for my lower back pain. Dr. Ayane was able to relieve my lower back pain (she truly has miracle hands) and teach me helpful stretches to stabilize my core. I work in a commercial kitchen and instantly noticed how my body was more mobile during service the next day. Thank you, Dr. Ayane and On The Move!
Excellent PT and pilates studio. I have had a PT session, private pilates classes, and a group pilates classes. All three are top notch! I have been going there for a year, and I feel so much better in my body. I am so happy to be a part On The Move community!
Great studio! I loved the industrial vibe of the space and the modern reformers. Nicole was an excellent trainer and very attuned to my alignment and physical issues. This will definitely be my go-to place for Pilates when I'm in the Bay Area.
