I'm really pushed to do stretches that make me tired and work up a sweat, but it's working because I feel a little better every day.
All the staff are kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They keep me on track and moving forward to help me stretch and strengthen. They listen well and are sincerely interested in my questions, comments, and feedback.
