Kim and Nick were absolutely amazing. Listened to all questions. Answered questions we didn't even know we had! Brought up issues we didn't realize were an issue (height of current walker, skis for the bottom of the walker legs). The rolator options were more plentiful than expected. They presented all options with pointing out the features of each, letting my mom try each one in all ways. We ordered and received a medical recline and lift chair from On The Mend. The service and delivery experience was excellent! Buying the chair at the store was easy. The demo the delivery team gave us on the equipment was clear and helpful. The chair itself has significantly improved my mothers well being. She much more comfortable and knows the chair is hers. She waa hesitant to have a recliner / lift chair at home. But, it was one of the best decisions we have made. It has improved her quality of life.
On the Mend has been an important resource for me. I bought an alternating pressure mattress from them, which has been very helpful. Their customer service is prompt, efficient, and kind, and their technicians are excellent. I highly recommend this business.

The whole process of getting a lift chair for my mom was amazing (selection, logistics, delivery, setup and education of use).
