He has gone above and beyond for my clients. Marci has been instrumental in coordinating equipment my clients need. The entire staff at the Mt Kisco store had been exceptional—and Kim in particular spent so much time with me and my Dad over several visits and on the phone to find the perfect recliner (including getting specific models delivered to the store to test to fit his needs and maximum comfort. On the Mend was extremely helpful in the wake of my accident which required use of a reclining chair. They were able to provide one the day after I called. Kim in particular was helpful in extending my use of the chair from week to week to week. Their delivery & pickup personnel were polite & timely & were careful navigating the stairs in my home. This is my 2nd experience with On the Mend & I recommend them highly.
