On the Mend did an amazing job recently installing a Flow X stair lift chair in our home! We were dealing with a very unique situation having a set of stairs sitting at a 68 degree incline and needed access to the upper floor. Today my sister tried out the Zeen Wheelchair Walker. Two men from On the Mend Came to do the demo for her. They were so wonderful. They taught her everything and made her feel so confident they were kind and worked slowly with her. It was such a pleasant experience for all of us. Needless to say we bought the mechanism.
Today I had a very good experience with Brody and Dylan to test out the Zeen. I have cerebral palsy and they made me feel so confident. They took their time with me and worked with me and made me feel like I could really handle the mechanism. They were really sweet and I bought the machine. Thank you to both of them.
Kim and Nick were absolutely amazing. Listened to all questions. Answered questions we didn't even know we had! Brought up issues we didn't realize were an issue (height of current walker, skis for the bottom of the walker legs). The rolator options were more plentiful than expected. They presented all options with pointing out the features of each, letting my mom try each one in all ways. We ordered and received a medical recline and lift chair from On The Mend. The service and delivery experience was excellent! Buying the chair at the store was easy. The demo the delivery team gave us on the equipment was clear and helpful. The chair itself has significantly improved my mothers well being. She much more comfortable and knows the chair is hers. She waa hesitant to have a recliner / lift chair at home. But, it was one of the best decisions we have made. It has improved her quality of life.
