I will say that the communication with the staff of this venue was not the best from the jump, but despite this I did host my event here and everything went well the day of. The staff on the day of were very friendly. One negative comment I have about the venue is on the day of my event it was super hot despite the efforts of the staff to make this better. In our experience, working with this venue and its owner was frustrating, stressful, and ultimately not worth the risk. Despite paying a significant deposit, we decided to walk away from hosting our wedding here after repeated communication issues and a lack of professionalism that left us feeling uneasy about moving forward. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! The venue itself is beautiful and is in a beautiful location but the communication here is really unprofessional. It makes everything more stressful!! BEWARE! Unpaid Wages/ ZERO INTEGRITY I Came to know Erica 7 months ago as I worked for her. Everything was all good up until she decided not to pay me for time worked. This review is for contractors as well as regular customers, Run away from this place, my company got hired from the owner Erica through Thumbtack, and everything was legit at first she needed our services for 2 days/ 3 events we do Valet parking, the first night she paid me at the end of the event to ensure me and my team will be back the next day for a whole day, at that day everything went smooth and she was there but left early and said just text me once you are done and I will send you the payment.
