This contractor is as bad as it gets. We went with Mark because he was the cheapest quote received to do the floors in our kitchen. This should have been a sign that you get what you pay for. He cancelled the day before he was supposed to start on two separate occasions. We finally agreed on a new date for him to come do the work and on the day we agreed he was a no call/no show.
