If you are looking for any leak detection services DO NOT GO HERE. They do not have the proper equipment and will CHARGE you for it. Lack of clear communication and pricing, insufficient equipment, and poor results.We were extremely disappointed with On the Level Plumbing and Backflow services. I called them to help with a leak detection issue, their initial service call was $156, and the plumber said they would need to dig to find the leak. Great service! Came out on a Saturday and took care of the problem.
Came out the same day and immediately fixed our issue. No headache, no waiting and their customer service is phenomenal. I love that it’s family owned and operated too. Rachel was amazing when setting everything up on the phone and Joshua was so kind when helping us in person. They were fast, affordable and professional while also fostering a genuine relationship with their clients. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my plumbers from now on.
