Claire and Ron were great to work with, and the installation crew as well. Worked really hard even in inclement weather outside to replace two floors worth of carpeting! Two stairs and complicated shapes and patterns and everything looks fantastic! Highly recommend working with them!
We had new vinyl plank flooring installed from on the level flooring. The installers Jesse and Dave, did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and treated all our home as they would their own. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard and kept us informed as they installed the flooring. We would highly recommend the team of Jesse and Dave and appreciate everything they did to make our floor installation as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Well first of all ,the floors look GREAT ! The workers were completely professional and efficient. I was very comfortable being alone with them in my home. The workmanship is excellent. I would recommend On The Level Flooring to everyone.
Ron and Claire, at On the Level, are outstanding to work with. Honorable, very helpful, attentive and thoughtful. I have had Ron do work for me before and was similarly thrilled. If I need more flooring in the future I will go to Ron, again. Simple The crews were prompt,clean and expert at their trades. Jesse, Dave and Alfred, to name a few, do beautiful work. Their pride and professionalism are admirable and refreshing. Ron attracts honest pros like himself.
I highly recommend using On the Level Flooring. They rearranged their schedule to fit my installation needs and completed the job in five days! They took care to make sure that the floor was level before installation, and left the job site neat and clean. The crew made sure to communicate any questions they had to make sure they did the job right, and to my satisfaction. We love our new floors!
