Ron, Claire, Jesse and Dave were amazing! Second time going through On the Level, and I am upset I don’t have more flooring in my house! The whole crew is awesome and they got the flooring done super fast with amazing results. Will recommend them to everyone I know who needs flooring
Absolutely love the floors, super professional throughout the whole process Ron and Claire guided me (not knowing anything about the right type of flooring) to the right floor for us. On the Level Flooring just installed carpet and LVP in our home, and they did a wonderful job. Ron and Claire were really responsive and helpful with picking out materials, and gave us a very competitive quote. Work began shortly thereafter and their installers (led by Bruno) were great - they worked quickly, cleaned up nicely at the end of each day, and finished the entire project in three days! On the Level has got to be one of Temeculas premier flooring companies. You can visit and discuss materials and installation methods without any pressure. Just pure genuine help. They service the IE. I recommend them and will call again for my next project.
Wonderful experience all around. Claire was great in the office (but now I’m wondering if she spells it Clare), Ron was friendly and super helpful and the installer was delightful. Our before and after was truly insane! They’re coming back this week to measure for more projects.
