Extremely poor communication. I called this company twice and was sent to voicemail both times on separate occasions. I also followed up with a text message and submitted a request form, but still received no reply, no email and no callback. It’s very unprofessional to completely ignore a potential customer. Disappointing experience to say the least!
Just outright bad… Repair my condenser but break down less than 2 weeks after repair. Charged me nearly $2k which is 1/3 of the price for a whole new unit. Such of waste of time and money. Just poor workman ship
