We are 1st time Rv owners and when we hooked up our water the toilet was leaking very badly. We called Paul and he showed up the day after the massive snow storm here in Holly Ridge! He correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, fixed it quickly, price was very fair and he was so helpful and informative knowing I am a first time owner! I couldn’t be more grateful for Paul’s work and expertise! My wife and I are very very grateful! Highly recommend!
Paul is fantastic!!! He has worked on our campers for a few years now. He always communicates well and keeps us in the loop. He has our code and works on our unit even when we aren’t in town. We appreciate having someone we can trust that answers his phone and or texts, always shows up on time, and always has fair prices!
I was in the middle of a month long, 2500 mile trip with my 25 foot Class C Navion when the house water pump refused to auto turn off when a faucet was closed. While I could manage a manual turn off with the main switch I was concerned about burning out the pump motor along with the absence of its normal pressure when running. He came out to fix my RV on a holiday with short notice when no one else would. He had everything fixed and cleaned up within an hour. Gave great customer service too. Will be circling back for any RV issues that I have!
On the Go RV was awesome to work with! He was super responsive, gave the best quote, able to order parts, schedule fast, and comes straight to you which is hassle free. I appreciate the help and work he did and would definitely use him again.
