Shamrock RV Service just winterized my travel trailer for me. Time was of the essence because the temps were forecast to drop and drop quickly. Ken was great to work with and he was a quick and responsive communicator. He and his wife Chris winterized the trailer in the dark and rain/snow just so we could be protected against the falling temps. Thanks for the help Ken & Chris!!
Great customer service! Called right back and troubleshot a little over phone, determined he wouldn’t have parts for my generator, but gave me some tips, said since he didn’t have parts, saved me the service charge to come check it out.
