Promised me a delivery before the end of the week. Nothing. No return messages. No return emails No return phone calls. Only half of my order has arrived. Was promised the rest before we went away for xmas holidays. Edited. Jan 2026 Received a phone call as soon they opened for the year. Had a good chat , and an apology. Great communication. Bamboo tops sent to me asap, and recieved 4 days later. But if you're caught short this wood from Bunnings fits perfectly for $50 as a stop gap. See before and after.
Terrible customer service, ordered 2 drawer slides with the added sides, requested a return as my caravan and tow vehicle was over weight. Boxes unopened and returned via express delivery the day i left for my lap of Aus. I was told that they refused to take the return, did not return calls or emails and then left for xmas break. Picked up our RV today with a new slide and bbq fitted in one of our storage boxes.. Manufacturer and fitted by Jason and team.. Awesome job, very professional a great company to deal with.. For all you RV accessories give Jason or Minnie a call highly recommended.
We just drive 40mind as website says open, get here to find sign on gate stating working of site... Thanks for a wasted morning...
